Summer Housing
Housing is not required, but a limited number of spaces are available for interested students who have either a spring 2024 or a fall 2024 housing contract.
Transition housing follows the end of the spring term and the beginning of summer I, as well as, the end of summer II and the start of the fall term. Students who utilize transition housing, but cancel their summer contract, will be charged a housing fee.
Housing and Residential Life is unable to offer
temporary housing for students in off-campus apartments.
Summer Housing Contract Process
- Review the housing contract terms.
- Log into the Housing Portal.
- Select Summer Housing Contract in the navigation.
- Agree to the housing contract terms.
- Residents will be individually assigned their apartment and room by housing staff.
Summer Housing Contract Cancellation
- Log into the Housing Portal.
- Select Request for Contract Cancellation in the navigation.
- Select the term you wish to cancel.
Summer Move-In
Check-in time is 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the front desk of Bobcat Village Apartments.
Summer I Move-In:

Summer II Move-In:

Requirements for Summer Housing
- Residents will be assigned an apartment with a roommate.
- Residents must be enrolled in spring 2024 classes or fall 2024 classes.
