Get Started with Camps & Conferences
Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, we provide a variety of housing options for groups and individuals who have business with the university during the summer months. Our program is geared to provide housing to groups who are affiliated with a campus organization and plan to be on campus for a workshop, training or meeting.
June 1 through July 31
The halls utilized during the summer conference season depend on current campus renovations.
Campus Dining provides delicious menus for our summer conference groups. Standard menus include "all you care to eat" meal and drink options. For more information on campus dining please visit the Chartwell's webpage.
A permit is required for each vehicle on campus. These rates are consistent with the regular university weekly rates. Texas State students will not be eligible for a Red permit. A permit is valid for up to 7 days and is not eligible to be prorated. Please indicate the number of permits needed on your housing reservation form. For more information contact parking services.
Conference Leader Resources
For individual summer guests who are not enrolled in summer school courses or a summer conference program at Texas State University, guest housing is available beginning June 1, 2017 and ending July 31, 2017. Space is at a premium and rooms are assigned on a first come-first served basis. Unfortunately, due to the University’s academic calendar, there is no opportunity to honor housing requests for individual guests before or after these dates.
