Our rates are competitively low, and our accommodation will place you in the heart of San Marcos and Bobcat living. 

Please be advised, Guest Housing is only available during the months of June and July.

San Jacinto Hall is within walking distance of multiple boutiques, restaurants, pubs, campus facilities, and grocers. Regardless of whether or not you will be arriving with a personal vehicle, you will be ideally situated to walk to all the necessities! 

Your guest housing purchase will include a fully furnished room, security features, internet access, and staff eager to help 24/7.

Perhaps preparing your student to move to San Marcos has you missing your old college days. Perhaps, you never had the opportunity to experience residential living. 

Our guest housing will place you in an actual residence hall, and allow you to experience Bobcat student living!

Our recommendations: 

While our rooms come fully furnished, they do not come with bedding, linen, or other essential items like towels and bath soaps. 

As a residence hall, you will need to bring these items for your overnight stay. This enables us to provide the lowest prices possible, and the most authentic student living experience.

Students are more than welcome to utilize Guest Housing at San Jacinto Hall as well. If you need accommodation in San Marcos during the summer, consider TXST, as our rates will surely fit your budget. 


 

*Please note, if you wish to cancel your guest housing reservation, you will need to do so in writing. Please email guesthousing@txstate.edu and include your original order confirmation # in the email. 

** Refunds generally take between 4-6 weeks to process. This is due to the nature of our state accounting system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
