Summer School Housing

Mini-Session Housing
The cost of mini-session housing will not be reflected on the student’s bill from the university. The rate is $557 for a private room and $378 for a double. Please send payment for mini-session housing to Residence Life at JCK 380 by Friday, May 9th. Meal plans are unavailable during the mini-session. However, cash operations are available at the Lair and Den.

*Please note that meal plans do not begin until June 1st. If meals are necessary prior to that date other arrangements will need to be made.

Summer Sessions I & II
There is no housing requirement for the summer. However, housing is available to current and new students in College Inn. Rates are $1003 per session for a private room and $680 per session for a double room. Meal plans are activated the day after summer fees are paid. Students need to provide cash for meals until fees have been paid. A 60 block plan is $273 per session and 200 dining dollars are $217 per session

New students who do not have a valid reservation on file for the upcoming fall must submit a $300 prepayment with a housing contract. Returning students are not required to submit payment with the contract. This contract is for summer only. New students should also submit residence hall contract in order to reserve a room for the upcoming fall and spring semesters.

Students needing to cancel a reservation for the mini-session should do so by May 5th. For summer session I and II, the date of cancellation will affect the refunded amount. Refer to the charts below for more information.
