Reserve Your Space

Housing Reservations
For new students, an important part of the acceptance process is to secure your on-campus housing. For information on the housing policy, click here. Follow the steps below to reserve your on-campus room.

  1. Apply to the university.
  2. Receive your acceptance letter along with a contract for university housing.
  3. Complete the contract. This is a legal document and should be reviewed carefully. Sign the document along with your parent or legal guardian. Send the contract with a $300 pre-payment to Residence Life.
  4. After five business days, log on to bobcatprefs_entry.htm to submit room and roommate preferences. You will submit your hall choices in order of preference. We will begin with your first choice and move down the list until we find a vacant space in a hall on your list.
