Riverside Apartments is a small community of 23 unfurnished, one bedroom units located at University Drive and Charles Austin Drive. Riverside is a low-cost student housing alternative. Preference is given to single parents and married students with financial need; however, graduate students and non-traditional students are eligible if space permits. Among the many amenities is a extraordinary family oriented atmosphere and diverse community activities. Financial need must be shown with each application.
