With the exception of Bobcat Village, university apartments are unfurnished. Students are resposible for providing all the necessary furniture.

Bobcat Village is set up with standard furniture including a sofa, coffee table, entertainment unit and end tables. Bobcat Village units contain either one or two bedrooms with full-size beds, a nightstand and dresser. Windows are fitted with standard mini-blinds.
