Bobcat Village is located across from Bobcat Stadium and is conveniently on the Bobcat Tram route. With one apartment building designated specifically for graduate students—apartments feature modern convenience with fully furnished units that are comfortable and safe. Each bedrooms has a full size bed with an attached bathroom. All bed spaces are contracted individually.

Does Bobcat Village Have Wireless Internet?

Bobcat Village wireless internet access in the common areas (lobby, study rooms). Students will need to bring an ethernet cord to access the internet in individual rooms.  Wireless routers are not permitted.

Is Cable Provided?

Televisions are allowed in each apartment and basic cable is provided by Grande Communications. A cable jack is located in each bedroom and in the living room.

You will need to bring a cable cord to access the service—premium channels can be added at the student's own expense, just contact Grande Communications for additional packages.

 Televisions may not be mounted to the wall.

Do I need a Parking Permit?

Yes, to park at Bobcat Village you must have a Bobcat Village parking permit and you may not purchase a Perimeter or Mill Street permit. 

Can I Bring a Pet?

Pets (with the exception of fish or service animals) are not allowed on the property.

Am I Required to Have a Meal Plan?

Students living at Bobcat Village are not required to have a dining plan. When you sign the housing contract you will be required to choose a dining plan, however once you have selected a spot at Bobcat Village you can cancel your dining plan.

What Safety Features Do the Apartments Offer?

The main door utilizes the same key for each resident residing in that apartment. Individual bedrooms have a separate key to access the room. 

You may not change / rekey the locks.

‚ÄčEach apartment is equipped with a security system and a panic button in each room. Please be mindful that the panic button calls for the University Police Department to be dispatched immediately.

Can I Have a Guest?

Yes, with your roommate's permission, you are allowed a guest of the same gender to stay up to three consecutive days, but no more than six days in the month.

Visit Parking Services for information on where guests should park.

Apartment Decorations

The following is prohibited in Bobcat Village:

 Painting or Wallpapering the Apartment

 Items with open flames (candles, incense, etc)

 Permanent Fixtures

 Removing the Provided Furniture
