Changes must occur during the first three weeks of the fall semester. Notify your RA and the front desk to make a change within your hall. To move to a different hall, contact the hall director of the hall that you wish to move to by email.
For the spring semester...
Changes for the spring semester takes place in early November. Hall and room change forms will be available at your hall's front desk. Changes are dependent upon the space availability. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will be placed on a waiting list. The list will be utilized through December 15th. If we are unable to meet your request by December 15th, you will return to your same room. When moving to a new room or hall, contact the front desk of your new assignment to arrange your move. If moving, you must vacate your old room prior to Christmas break. You will receive your new room keys in January.
There is still time to make changes once the spring semester begins. These change requests are only allowed during the first three weeks of the spring semester.
