The Director's Office
Headed by Dr. Rosanne Proite, director of Residence Life, this area coordinates the overall functioning of the department including strategic planning, staffing and administrative direction. 

Business Operations
Mrs. Rita Staires, M.A., C.P.A., supervises the accounting and business staff. This area manages the payroll, accounting and budget items for the department, including nearly $40 million in revenues and expenses each year. 

Administrative Operations
Mr. Kyle Estes, M.S.C.J., is associate director for Administrative Operations. This area manages hall contracts, room assignments, hall deposits and billing. This office is also responsible for computer systems, departmental publications, marketing and summer conferences.

Student Life
Ms. Kathy Weiser, M.A., associate director for Student Life, leads this area. The primary focus of this area is hall governments, programming, residential college, judicial hearings, hall staff selection, staff training and the supervision of live-in student and full-time staff.

Residential Services
Mr. Kyle Estes, M.S.C.J., is the interim associate director for Facility Operations. Mr. Estes coordinates the physical facilities for all on-campus apartments and residence halls. Maintenance, custodial, furnishings and life safety issues are supervised by this staff as well as new construction and renovation efforts. Residential Services work closely with the university's Physical Plant, off-campus contractors and local vendors.
