Administrative Staff

The Director's Office

Headed by Dr. Rosanne Proite, director of the Department of Housing and Residential Life, this area coordinates the overall functioning of the department including strategic planning, staffing and administrative direction.

The Director’s Office Administrative Assistant is Meredith Brown

Rita Staires, business manager, supervises the accounting and business staff. This area manages the payroll, accounting and budget items for the department, including nearly $40 million in revenues and expenses each year. 

Accountants within the business department include James Sablic and Terri Tresner.



Administrative Services

John Lowney, assistant director, oversees the area that manages hall contracts, room assignments, hall deposits and billing. This office is also responsible for departmental publications, marketing and summer conferences.

The coordinator for conferences is Margaret Yackel, the coordinator for assignments is Gabi Rios-Fraticelli, and the coordinator for marketing is David Scaliatine.

Administrative assistants within Housing Administrative Services include Sherry Weems, Danielle Mitchel, Jason O'Neill and Bianca Lopez.

Housing Administrative Services also includes system analyist, James Mundt.




Facilities Services

Kyle Estes, associate director, coordinates the physical facilities for all on-campus apartments and residence halls. Maintenance, custodial, furnishings and life safety issues are supervised by this staff as well as new construction and renovation efforts. This office works closely with the university's Physical Plant, off-campus contractors and local vendors.

The assistant director of Facilities Services is Richard Medina, the custodial supervisor is John Doria, and the maintenance supervisor is Bob Niemietz.

The head inventory control clerk is Gary Gagnon and inventory control clerk II is Debra Smith.

The construction contract administrator is C.J. Hall and the computer support specialist is Steven Schmidt.

Administrative Assistants for the Facilities Services department include Jessica Rodriguez. 





Residential Life and Education

Susan Dudolski, associate director, leads this area. The primary focus of this area is hall governments, programming, residential college, judicial hearings, hall staff selection, staff training and the supervision of live-in student and full-time staff. 

The assistant director for student staff selection is Sarah Uphoff.

The assistant director for leadership development is Eli Trenado.

The assistant director for student conduct is Pam Jacobs.

The assistant director for student staff training is Raechel Kepner.

The assistant director for professional staff selection and training is Nina Pereira.

The assistant director for learning communities is Ted Ingwersen.

Administrative Assistants for the department of Residential Life and Education are Jason O’Neill and Scharla Stengler.
