Becoming a Resident Assistant is one of the best experiences you can give your resume! The diverse skill sets, opportunities and experiences you gain in this position are transferable to whatever career you may want to explore! Resident assistants are vital to building and maintaining successful learning communities in which members have a sense of belonging RAs serve as peer mentors, resources, role models, and assist in building a welcoming community for the students living within the residence halls and apartments.
Submit your application, resume, cover letter and reference forms by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20th to be considered for Fall 2016 placement.
If you intend to live on campus next year, you must go through the current housing assignment process. You must secure housing for yourself according to the current housing policy. Candidates who become resident assistants will be re-assigned to a RA space.
