While this hall lacks air-conditioned rooms, it makes up for it by offering residents one of the strongest communities on campus. Known by some as "Texas State's best kept secret," Burleson and nearby Hornsby Hall continue to receive top ranking according to our residents satisfaction surveys. The strong sense of community may be due to the fact that the students hang out together in the lobby (an air-conditioned spot). This hall's affordability also makes it appealing to some of our students.
