Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, we provide a variety of housing options during the summer months. Our program is geared to provide housing to groups who are affiliated with a campus organization and plan to be on campus for a workshop, training or meeting.
June 1 through July 31
Campus Dining provides delicious menus for our summer conference groups. Standard menus include "all you care to eat" meal and drink options. For more information on campus dining please visit the Chartwell's webpage. Meal Rates Per Person: Breakfast: $5.55 Lunch/Brunch: $6.05 Dinner: $7.30 Total Daily: $18.90.
Parking (Update 2014)
A permit is required for each vehicle on campus.This year the surface parking permit fee for attendees of the conference/camp educational programs will be $6/week. Staff access to the Red parking areas will be $8/week. These rates are consistent with the regular university weekly rates. Texas State students will not be eligible for a Red permit. A permit is valid for up to 7 days and is not eligable to be prorated. Please indicate the number of permits needed on your housing reservation form.

Conference Leader Resources
For individual Summer guests who are not enrolled in Summer school courses or a summer conference program at Texas State University, Summer guest housing is available beginning June 1, 2014 and ending August 2nd, 2014. Space is at a premium ($35/night located at San Jacinto hall), and rooms are assigned on a first come-first served basis. Unfortunately, due to the University’s academic calendar, there is no opportunity to honor housing requests for individual guests before or after these dates.
